Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Crop Business Manager – Vegetable Seeds to drive product strategy, portfolio growth, and market success. This role will be pivotal in bridging R&D, production, and sales to deliver high-performing hybrids that meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for new product introductions and market expansion
Develop and execute product strategy and portfolio plans for vegetable crops
Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
Work closely with R&D, breeding, and production teams for pipeline development
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
Plan and execute product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies
Support sales teams with technical training, product knowledge, and field demonstrations
Monitor product performance, demand forecasting, and inventory planning
Drive farmer engagement programs, field days, and crop demonstrations
