Area Sales Manager: (Four positions for Karnataka, Gujarat, WB, Bihar)

Location: Aurangabad (Maharashtra)

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the business of the state/region aggressively
  • Intensive field promotion including demand creation activities at farmers level
  • Setting up strong distribution
  • Product and Market development including opening of new territories
  • Brand promotions at rural markets
  • Achieving sales growth as per the business plan
  • Training and development of the team

 

Requirements:
    • Agriculture graduate with MBA from reputed institutes
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling direct sales in leading seed companies
    • Having good understanding & knowledge of vegetable seed markets and competitions.
    • Passion of developing business rapidly by taking ownership and responsibilities
    • Willing to travel extensively in rural areas to develop brand/product and serve farmers
    • Acumen of Communication, Negotiation and team building
    • Open and positive mindset, willing to think of out-of- box solution
